Take advantage of our group rates on flights, where available.

It’s your holiday and we want to make it just right for you. For tours involving flights, we can help with some of the details for extending your holiday before or after the group tour.

Before the tour:

• We can arrange for a hotel night stay at the airport before the flight departs.
• We can arrange your outbound flight to arrive before the group, if you want to spend some time before the tour.
• We can help with hotel arrangements at the destination, prior to the arrival of the group.

After the tour:

• We can arrange your return flight later than the group, if you would like to spend some additional time at the destination.
• When you opt for a return flight later than the group, we may be able to help with additional hotel nights at the destination.

Please note that flights and hotel stays that are different from the group arrangements are subject to availability and pricing, and may be charged an additional fee.

Medical Insurance

We recommend that adequate medical insurance is in place when travelling outside your home province. Medical insurance covers unforeseen events that can occur while travelling, making it possible to receive immediate treatment from a licensed physician or to be hospitalized if necessary. The cost of medical insurance varies depending on your age and medical condition. Please speak to one of our agents to discuss what is available.

Some carriers now offer an additional COVID insurance which will cover medical expenses due to COVID-19. Talk to our reservations staff for details.

Trip Cancellation Insurance

In the event that prior to departure you need to cancel your trip for a covered reason, this insurance will cover the non-refundable payments.

Trip Interruption Insurance

If you need to leave a tour early, for a covered reason, this insurance will cover the unused portion of your trip and may cover your arrangements to get home.
